RT-Education are currently recruiting for a SEN TA to help support a pupil in Year 1 with Autism at an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Edgware. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have previous experience with Autism, and will need to have a kind and calm nature and able to keep the pupil engaged by using their own initiative. The role is a Long Term role and has potential to go permanent for the ideal candidate.

The Role:

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Supporting pupil 1:1 in Year 1
• Working with a pupil with Autism
• Will need to have a calm and kind nature
• Will have to use initiative to keep pupil engaged
