We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Pushing the boundaries since 2008 Background Established in 2008, RT Group is a specialist recruitment company, initially committed to the Social Care arena through RT Social Care and since 2013 also supporting Educational establishments and Occupational Health via RT Education and RT Occupational Health respectively. In Social Care, we recruit for both children’s and adult’s social work and supply staff from newly qualified to director level. Our Education team work across sectors, providing Teaching, Support and Leadership staff across Primary, Secondary and SEN establishments. Our Occupational team recruit Occupational health technicians through to Senior Occupational Health Managers and Physicians, Registered Nurses and Doctors. We provide recruitment solutions and adopt a consultative approach with our candidates and clients alike. Our service is honest and transparent where we aim to exceed our customer’s expectations every time. In line with our consultative approach RT Social Care and Education are proud of their recruitment partnerships with clients across the UK and overseas. Job Description

  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
  • Managing a caseload of candidates and matching their requirements to the right jobs
  • Formatting cv’s, entering details on to database systems and ensuring this is kept up to date
  • Ensuring that candidates have been prepped for interview
  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
  • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services
  • Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
  • Headhunting specific candidates using different cv databases and networking
  • Achieving recruitment monthly targets
  • Client visits and Candidate registrations
